4-Week Training Camp
A comprehensive, phased curriculum designed to build skills, endurance, and fight IQ.
7.30-10.00: Stance, guard, jab-cross, light pad
15.00-17.00: Shadow boxing, bag work, intro low kick
7.30-10.00: 1-2, 1-2-3 combos, pad timing
15.00-17.00: Roundhouse kick, bag drill
7.30-10.00: Punch + kick combo, pad
15.00-17.00: Intro clinch (balance, position)
7.30-10.00: Combo flow (jab-cross-kick)
15.00-17.00: Defense (block/parry), light partner drill
7.30-10.00: Pad work (long rounds), conditioning
15.00-17.00: Fun circuit + light sparring (optional)
Included in Camp
- Minimum 8 pax per group required. Accommodation: Gym or Hotel options.
- Pick up and transfers to International Airport.
- Ticket to watch a real Muay Thai fight.
- Trip for excursion on weekend & Bus/Van on using day.
- Meal package: 2 meals per day.

Not at all. We welcome absolute beginners. Our trainers will assess your level and tailor the sessions to build your fundamentals safely and effectively.
Comfortable training clothes, running shoes, and a positive attitude. All Muay Thai gear (gloves, wraps, shinpads) are provided, but you can bring your own if you prefer. We recommend bringing your own mouthguard.
Accommodation is included in our package pricing. We assist with arrangements based on your preferences, ensuring you stay in a comfortable location close to the gym and amenities.
Yes, we provide ED/DTV visa support documentation for our students staying for extended periods (4+ weeks), helping you train and stay in Thailand legally.
If you book a package, we organize an airport pickup from Bangkok (BKK or DMK) directly to your accommodation in Hua Hin so you can arrive stress-free.
Any fitness level! Muay Thai is one of the best ways to get fit. Your stamina and strength will rapidly improve over your time here.
